Xoe-B is an alt-pop artist blending soulful vocals, catchy hooks, and unexpected grooves. Think Tori Kelly meets Jamiroquai at a songwriting retreat with Hozier.
Self-taught and fiercely independent, Xoe-B writes songs that hit where it hurts (and heals), with lyrics that feel like pages from your journal and a voice that’ll stop you in your tracks. Whether playing stripped-back acoustic sets or bringing the full live band energy, every performance is honest, playful, and emotionally charged—no ego, just connection.
Xoe-B’s music journey kicked off in 2018 with the release of her debut single I Don’t Care, followed by the EP Ignite. It was her first time in a recording studio, working alongside a producer and seeing a project through from start to finish—a huge moment, and the beginning of everything.
After a string of singles and experiments, she found her groove with Life in Colour and Valentine (You Can’t Have Me) songs that represent her most refined, joyful, and empowering sound to date. Both tracks received multiple plays on BBC Introducing, with Valentine named Track of the Day and featured during prime-time on BBC Sussex & Surrey. They’ve also been played on Amazing Radio UK and a host of local stations.
Xoe-B has played at festivals including Victorious, Pub at the Park, and Brighton Fringe, plus countless local favourites. Her sound is inspired by Jamiroquai, Dua Lipa, Tori Kelly, Hozier, UK Garage, and 90s dance music—so it’s no surprise she ended up joining the high-energy band Ministry of Anthems.
What started as a dep role turned into a full-time gig as lead singer and co-manager. Together, they’ve played huge events like Victorious Festival (again!), Brighton Pride, Carry on Campout, Barcode, as well as weddings, parties, galas, and holiday parks. It’s a packed schedule, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
